Support Cleaner (Driving / Mobile) for the Sussex Branch of a National office cleaning company. Duties include driving to sites and cleaning offices, shops, schools, doctor’s surgeries and police stations in East and West Sussex and working with regular cleaners to improve standards, or cleaning sites during their absence, monitor stock and communicate between the field team and office. The position is permanent and will suit someone looking for between 25 and 30 hours work each week. Our customers need cleaning during evenings and early mornings and there are daytime and weekend tasks too; these hours, and nature of the work sometimes require short-notice availability. Unfortunately we cannot know when a site cleaner will be sick or unavailable, so the work will suit someone who is happy to be flexible. You will need a clean or nearly clean Manual Driving Licence and be able to demonstrate experience of driving safely in the UK. You will also need to be based within easy driving distance to our customers, so the position would suit someone living in the Portslade, Shoreham, Lancing, Worthing or Henfield areas. We will provide you with training and support, a uniform and company car or van, and starting pay £13.60 /hour with travelling time as well as time on sites paid. A DBS/CRB check will be required so you will also need to have a checkable employment history with record of home addresses. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 7 Senior Diabetes Specialist Podiatrists to work within our Podiatry team. The Senior Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist will work in partnership with patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes with moderate, high risk and active foot problems in a community setting, aiming to improve outcomes for patients. This includes the development of clinic-based care, home visits, along with healthcare professional and patient education programmes for diabetes management. Diabetes Care for You is a multidisciplinary community diabetes service covering Brighton, Hove, High Weald and the Havens in East Sussex. The service comprises of consultants, nurses, dietitians, podiatrists, psychologists and support staff, that all contribute to the development of this innovative service. The podiatrists also support with the Multi-Disciplinary Foot Team down at the Royal Sussex County Hospital and at times may be required to support other podiatry teams located in Brighton & Hove within the same directorate. There will also be opportunities to work as part of our new innovative partnership with The University of Brighton at Falmer and the provision of clinical supervision for students studying for BSc and Master's degrees in Podiatry.
