As one of our Project Managers, you will: Lead the planning, management and successful delivery of structural and highways projects from pre-construction through to completion. Supporting the pre-contracts team when putting together PQQ’s and tenders. This will be advice on buildability, health & safety documentation, and preparation of the tender programme Developing and maintaining project budgets, programmes and provide up-to-date financial and programming information throughout each stage of the project lifecycle. Managing and coordinating design development, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable and compliant with project specifications. Ensuring projects are appropriately resourced with plant, labour, materials and specialist subcontractors. Coordinating road space applications, permits and statutory approvals, ensuring all requirements are maintained throughout project delivery. Managing subcontractor procurement, pre-start meetings and contractual documentation alongside the commercial team. Monitoring project performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, commercial and contractual requirements. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. What skills and experience do you need? We're looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. You'll have proven experience managing structures, highways or term maintenance projects, together with strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, commercial controls and stakeholder engagement. Experience delivering projects under NEC contracts is essential, alongside strong cost and value management and design coordination skills. Having worked on JCT contracts is favourable, however, this is not essential. Ideally, you'll hold a construction-related qualification.
