Manage contractors, minor works and small works programmes. Own the SSOW permitting process, Toolbox Talks, Safety Walks and Near Miss reporting. Monitor service delivery, contractual compliance and operational performance. Manage lifecycle expenditure and ensure spend remains within budget.
