Summary

Qualifications Essential criteria Educated tomasterslevel or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level inspecialistarea. CIPDLevel 5 or equivalent qualification in HR & OD Knowledge Essential criteria Significantexperienceof HR and OD and People Services within the NHS. Extensive knowledge and experience of working onworkforcetransformational programmes. Subject matterexpertiseacrossa number ofkey areas relatingto: Workforce Policy Development People Services Service Design Experience Essential criteria Significant experience of leading transformational change to generate successful outcomes. Experience supporting people policy development, review and implementation within NHS, healthcare or public sector organisations, including researching evidence, analysing impacts and contributing to policy recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify risks and opportunities, and support the development of practical people policy solutions. Experience of stakeholder engagement via large working groups, including with staff-side partners and Subject matter experts Experience of developing evidence based policies that meet legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements whilst identifying gaps, risks, or inconsistencies across policy suites while remaining practical and accessible.
