Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads, plan resources effectively and respond to changing operational demands. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative approach with colleagues and stakeholders. As the role requires oversight of multiple locations, you must be able to travel between Blackburn College sites and external venues as required. You will also be willing to participate in the College's First Aid provision, with full training provided.
