As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Hell’s Kitchen London and Lirica restaurant as a must-book destination for groups, events and premium dining experiences. Working closely with the restaurant leadership, hotel commercial teams and central sales function, you’ll drive revenue through proactive sales activity, strong relationships and a deep understanding of the brand.
