As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Hell’s Kitchen London and Lirica restaurant as a must-book destination for groups, events and premium dining experiences. Working closely with the restaurant leadership, hotel commercial teams and central sales function, you’ll drive revenue through proactive sales activity, strong relationships and a deep understanding of the brand.

This is a bold, visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment and understands how to translate a world-renowned brand into commercial opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying, targeting and securing new sales opportunities aligned with brand positioning
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents and partners
  • Managing enquiries from initial contact through to contract and event delivery handover
  • Working collaboratively with restaurant, marketing, hotel and operations teams to maximise conversion
  • Supporting pricing strategy, contracting and negotiation in line with commercial objectives
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Hell’s Kitchen London and Lirica restaurant at networking and promotional events
  • Ensuring a seamless, premium client journey that reflects the theatre, quality and standards of the brand

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a sales role within hospitality, restaurants, premium venues or hotels
  • A commercial, results-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge convention
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural, relatable and professional style
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts and presenting confidently to a range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Passionate about hospitality, people and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
