Job Summary Join St John Ambulance as a National Account Manager (Core) and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of national accounts, driving customer retention, sustainable growth and long-term value. You will build strong, trusted relationships with customers, developing a deep understanding of their needs and identifying opportunities to expand the depth and breadth of services across our commercial training portfolio. Using data and insight, you will identify opportunities, inform decision-making and continuously improve customer experience and operational performance.
