As a result our team is growing and we are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist with experience of musculoskeletal conditions and/managing patients after orthopaedic surgery, to join our acute inpatient Trauma and Orthopaedic team. Your weekday pattern will include long days (08:00-20:00), early (starting at 08:00) and late (ending at 20:00) shifts and we will require your ability to be flexible to meet service needs. You will fulfill 7-day working requirements through our Orthopaedic weekend rosters + bank holiday roster. We are seeking experienced senior Physiotherapists with specialist knowledge and skills in the acute care of Trauma + Elective Orthopaedic Surgery. You will be involved in assisting clinical lead physiotherapists to develop and transform our services and care pathways, providing clinical leadership to ensure provision of excellent patient care. You will work alongside and gain peer support from other senior staff within the team and department. A progressive band 5-6 role will be considered for suitable candidates.
