We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Package Engineer to join our Mogden team based in Isleworth, West London. Location: Mogden Sewage Treatment Works, Isleworth Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. Join us on a major project for Thames Water at Mogden, where you'll play a key role in delivering mechanical engineering solutions across the project. You'll be working in partnership with our supply chain to achieve outstanding results for our client. As a Senior Mechanical Package Engineer, you'll be working within the Mogden team, supporting them in delivering mechanical aspects of projects within budget and timescales whilst ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance. Your day to day will include: -Leading mechanical engineering from inception to completion, liaising with Tier 2 Supply Chain design teams to ensure fully integrated, clash-free designs -Collaborating with design partners to ensure CDM compliance and constructability, including check, review and approval of outputs -Managing procurement of plant, materials and specialist subcontractors in cooperation with the commercial team -Chairing and attending HAZOP events, maintaining design risk registers and compiling final contract documentation -Mentoring and supporting graduate mechanical engineers, helping them develop their skills and careers What are we looking for?
