    UCS College Group Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ studying across any of our colleges. The Accommodation Officer (commercial) will progress allocations for block release (short stay) students, HMOs students and Commercial bookings, taking the lead on completing Getting to Know You Meetings with the under 18 block apprentices, ensuring accurate records are maintained and GDPR compliance is observed. This post will act as a crucial link between these students/residents and the Residential Team.The post holder will work closely with the Health & Safety Team as well as the Facilities and Maintenance Team to track and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and maintenance of accommodation. In addition, the post holder will arrange the procurement of suitable items such as furniture, when required. The post holder will also liaise with the finance team, Residential Management Team and external stakeholders to raise invoices for residential accommodation.The role is primarily based at the Cannington College, however, reasonable travel to other sites may be required.
