What's involved with this role: Triumph Consultants are looking for a Housing Officer to provide efficient, effective and responsive housing management services within the council. Contract is for 3 months in Stoke on Trent, ST2 8DU. Housing Officer Pay Rate: £16.26 per HOUR PAYE Hours per week: 37 hrs Monday – Friday, normal working hours Contract length: 3 months Location: Stoke on Trent, ST2 8DU. Office Based This role is split between 50% office and 50% working within designated area Key requirements: Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and competence / experience of working in social housing Detailed knowledge and understanding of Housing Management Experience of improving services and managing change Experience of visiting, interviewing and advising tenants experience in the interpretation and application of Tenancy Conditions & procedures IT literate Key responsibilities Tenancy management Management of anti-social behaviour Estate management Identification of Tenancy support, advice and referral to appropriate agencies Tenant consultation and participation Recovery of rent arrears and maximisation of rental and other income for all council services Reference: Job ref 5303976/BH 7786 We will also add your details to our mail out lists.
