Escalate leaflets that fall past review. Interrogate assurance systems such as Datix to provide data and reports for committees, managers and clinicians. Analyse complex and sometimes sensitive information and present it clearly to a range of audiences. Act as the main point of contact for compliance and assurance queries, and deliver training on assurance systems to staff at all levels. Support the CAP, including scheduling, assessor allocation, database management, report production and carrying out assessments where required.
