    Social Media & Content Executive

    E-Wealth Alternatives - London

    £30,000 to £36,000 a year

    On-sitePermanentFull time

Reports to: Head of Growth Working day-to-day with: Our Head of Growth, who sets strategy and creative direction Salary: £30,000–£36,000 + options, depending on experience Location: Bedford Square, London + 1 day remote work wfh. Regular in-person filming days are part of the role About easyRealEstate easyRealEstate is bringing the easy® brand – the family behind easyJet – to property investing. We're making residential property investment straightforward and accessible: fractional investing in UK residential property, without the hassle of buying, managing or selling whole buildings. We're a small founding team backed by one of Britain's best-known consumer brands, launching publicly this autumn. The role Our investor marketing is led by an experienced growth strategist who sets the direction: the topics, the angles, the channel strategy. This role is the content engine that makes it real. You film it, edit it, package it and publish it – short-form video first, at consistent volume, to the standard a regulated financial brand requires. Where you'll work: LinkedIn is our priority channel for founder-led content, where the audience is investors, founders and property people. Instagram is the main engine for short-form video and creator partnerships. YouTube covers long-form and Shorts, and will scale as our repurposing process matures. Some of these accounts are established and some are being built from zero – you'll work across both, and you should find building from zero exciting rather than daunting. This is a hands-on maker role for someone early in their career (typically one to three years' experience, or a self-taught track record that speaks for itself), with direct coaching from a senior marketer on strategy, hooks and what converts a considered, trust-sensitive audience. What you'll own • Short-form video, end to end. Filming, editing, hooks, retention, titles, thumbnails and captions – published to Reels, TikTok and Shorts on a consistent schedule. You're fluent in CapCut or Premiere and can turn footage around fast without losing quality. • Founder shoots. Planning and running shoots with on-camera talent – setting up, prompting, directing and getting the take efficiently. Being organised and easy to work with on set is a core skill here, not a nice-to-have. • Channel management. Day-to-day running of easyRealEstate's LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube – publishing cadence, community responses (within our compliance rules), and channel housekeeping. • Repurposing. Building the machine that turns one piece of long-form into a week of short-form – cutdowns, carousels, text posts, Shorts. • Creator partnership support. Coordinating creator collaborations on our channels – briefing, scheduling, asset wrangling, tracking. • Content operations. The supporting layer that keeps the engine running: scheduling tools, asset organisation, blog formatting, and simple performance reporting on what's working. What this role is not Strategy and creative direction sit with the marketing lead – you'll have real input, but part of the job is executing direction faithfully. Paid advertising is run separately by our digital marketing consultant. Email marketing, CRM and our editorial newsletter are handled elsewhere in the team. Graphic design and web development are not part of this role. If you want to spend your days in ad accounts or email platforms, this isn't the role – if you want to spend them making and shipping content, it is.
