A reasonable level of flexibility with working hours would be preferable, as occasionally shift cover will be required. They both have a diagnosis of autism, and the youngest sibling is also non-verbal and uses PECS to communicate and requires support with personal care. They can both struggle to regulate their emotions and have no danger awareness and will need constant support and supervision to keep them safe. The youngest little boy enjoys being around people and going to the park, climbing, running around and being active, swimming and soft play. As this role is to ensure his safety you must be in good general health as there will be some physical aspects to this role such as running to keep up, lifting and carrying when needed and supporting in the swimming pool. He has no awareness of danger and needs constant supervision and uses reigns when walking outside. The older little boy enjoys football, swimming and outdoor play. We would prefer you to be a car driver with your own transport, however this isn’t essential. Expenses will be met by your employer.
