Main Duties • To prompt and encourage the employer to carry out general household tasks. • To assist the employer to prepare healthy meals, encouraging portion control and variety. Cleaning and tidying the kitchen afterwards, as necessary. • Regularly prompting the employer to complete his daily personal hygiene routines. He is independent in completing these tasks but will need encouragement and reminders to do so. • To enable the employer to access the community safely; supervising and ensuring his safety at all times.
