We are a small, established team - not a national agency - and that makes a real difference to how we work. WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE You will visit clients in their own homes, helping with personal care, medication, meals and companionship. Your rounds will be local - within a few miles of where you live - and you will build genuine, lasting relationships with the same clients week after week. We have morning shifts (7am–2pm) and evening shifts (4pm–10pm) available. Whether you prefer mornings or evenings, or can cover both, we will work with you to find a pattern that suits. Every second weekend is part of the role. This is not zero-hours agency work. We offer consistent hours, local rounds and the kind of continuity that makes the job rewarding. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle * The right to work in the UK - please confirm you hold a UK or Irish passport, a biometric residence permit showing indefinite leave to remain or settled status, or pre-settled status with proof of right to work.
