Registered Manager – New Domiciliary Care Service
Ashford, Kent | Part-Time / Flexible
A new domiciliary care service in Ashford is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join us during the start-up and CQC registration stage.
This is an exciting opportunity to become involved with a new care service from the early stages and play an important role in establishing a high-quality service for people in their own homes.
The role will initially be part-time and flexible, with the opportunity for the role to develop as the service becomes operational and grows.
The role will include:
Supporting the CQC registration process
Providing Registered Manager oversight
Advising on policies, procedures and care systems
Helping ensure the service is ready to commence regulated activity
Working closely with the directors during the start-up phase
Taking responsibility for the regulated activity once operational
Supporting the ongoing quality and development of the service
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements
Has the relevant qualifications and experience for the role
Is organised, reliable and approachable
Is confident working independently
Would enjoy being involved in building a new care service from the ground up
Hours: Flexible, initially as required, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the service develops.
