To assist the coordinator to ensure that rostering is carried out efficiently enabling the Cares to spend the allocated time with each individual and allow sufficient time for travel. Complete support visits, and competencies and provide in-the-field support. Ensure any changes to the person we support, or Carer’s needs and availability are communicated to all relevant parties quickly and effectively. Ensure all changes are recorded as per Company procedure. Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
