Summary

Domiciliary Care Worker – Chipping Norton – Up to £15 per Hour

Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

Pay: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour

Role Overview

Completely Care is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers in Chipping Norton to support individuals in their own homes. You will provide personalised care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing, while helping clients maintain a good quality of life within their community.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care and everyday activities.

Assist with meals, medication and household tasks.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities.

Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Monitor and report changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing.

Complete accurate care records and documentation.

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Skills & Experience

Applications are welcomed from Domiciliary Care Workers, Support Workers, Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Dementia Care Workers with relevant experience.

Successful candidates will be caring, dependable and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
