About the role As a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life. You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks and offer support within the community. You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.
