NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent). IOSH membership required; Chartered status desirable. Strong experience in audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective actions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Practical, proactive approach with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
