Our client, Skegness train station (East Midlands Railway), is currently extremely busy over the Summer period and is now in need of some additional Customer Service Assistant help to join the team we recruited earlier - people working on the platforms to cope with the volume of holidaymakers coming to Skegness for their summer breaks by train on the Skegness Summer Special service and then heading back home afterwards. Working 2-4 shifts per week (days available are Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and possibly occasional Sundays). Ideal for students and those looking for some extra cash over the summer period! Do you have face to face customer service assistant experience? Do you enjoy working with the public and assisting them? Would you be happy working on platforms and on the station concourse, helping passengers with their queries?
