This new substantive post reflects continued growth in demand for cardiac imaging and supports the ongoing expansion of CT, echocardiography, and structural heart services. The successful candidate will join a friendly and forward-thinking team of 13 Consultants and SAS doctors, working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. What you will do: Ensuring availability of critical parts for statutory tasks and managing remedial tasks in the CAFM system. Performing general and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including security systems like CCTV and alarms. Conducting monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, fire hydrants, and hoses. Completing quarterly RCD testing and inspect Misting Units. Maintaining fire doors and performing flushing and tap temperature tests as per water risk assessments. Undertaking monthly and annual emergency lighting checks. Checking and testing smoke vents as required. Carrying out any other duties as required.
