As part of this you’ll: - Monitor and undertake the initial triage of concerns raised through Serco’s Speak Up channels, ensuring cases are recorded, responded to and allocated appropriately. - Manage and monitor ethics case management processes, including retaliation monitoring and follow-up activity. - Conduct investigations into potential breaches of ethics compliance policies, standards and processes. - Oversee the Gifts and Hospitality Register and support the monitoring and resolution of conflicts of interest. - Review due diligence findings, help resolve identified risks and support assessments relating to third parties and new countries. - Support ethics compliance assurance reviews and monitor agreed actions through to completion. - Produce clear and accurate information for internal reporting, including quarterly ethics compliance reports. - Develop communications and engagement activity that raises awareness of ethics and compliance requirements across the organisation. - Support the delivery of Group-led ethics compliance projects and initiatives. - Build trusted relationships with Divisional Ethics Compliance Leads, providing responsive advice and practical support.
