Maintain accurate case records and ensure all actions are completed in line with relevant legislation, policy and procedures. Deliver excellent customer service while handling complex and sometimes sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Contributing to continuous service improvement by delivering a professional, customer-focused service and ensuring children remain at the heart of everything we do.
