Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency and work with colleagues to deliver. Manage your workload and projects effectively with support from senior colleagues when priorities change or deadlines are tight. What we are looking for: You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should enjoy working with data asking good questions and finding practical ways to solve problems. We are looking for someone who can bring: Around 3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Experience creating reports dashboards or analysis that help people understand performance and make decisions. Confidence working with numbers and interpreting data accurately. The ability to explain insight clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive positive approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement. Good problem-solving skills and the curiosity to investigate issues through to resolution. Confidence to ask questions challenge assumptions and suggest better ways of working. Flexibility to adapt as business operational or client priorities change. Technical skills we are looking for Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills. What you'll be doing... As a fleet administrator, you will be responsible for the general co-ordination and administration of company vehicles within our fleet across the Group. Your primary duties will be to act as a point of contact for staff queries as well as a liaison with vehicle service providers, whilst tracking and recording information appropriately. Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. General administration and upkeep of the Telematic tracking system. Generating data/reports to send to line managers and analysts on weekly/monthly basis. Liaise with the telematics company in order to create a good working relationship and conduct review meetings. Ensure that the fleet management database is accurately maintained in terms of vehicles, equipment, locations, cost centres, key contacts, supplier information, manufacturer terms and driver/user details. Working with the Fleet managers to ensure our legal responsibilities are compliant at all times. Administration of fuel and fuel cards, record and highlight fuel spend exceptions. Monitor offences and fines. Other Ad-hoc duties as required. What you'll bring Strong written and verbal English The ability to confidently use Microsoft packages. A strong team player comfortable with working with remote line managers Previous general administration experience is essential. Fleet experience is desirable but not essential. Willingness to undertake on the job training. Must hold a valid drivers license What's in it for you?
