As a Learning Support Team Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate a large team of Learning Assistants, making sure the right support is in place for our students every day. From arranging staff cover and timetabling support to helping welcome new colleagues, you’ll be at the heart of a busy and rewarding service where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in: • Supporting the recruitment and induction of new Learning Assistants. • Coordinating Learning Assistant timetables across all College sites. • Working closely with support staff and Faculties to ensure learners receive the right support. • Responding quickly and effectively to short-notice absence and arranging appropriate cover. • Supervising and supporting a team of Learning Assistants, keeping colleagues informed of changes and updates. • Helping to ensure the Learning Support service runs smoothly and effectively.
