Submit government returns for various aspects of the Housing Service on the Governments central portal – DELTA. Assist in the preparation of reports. Attend Council meetings and meetings with statutory/voluntary agencies as required. Raise purchase orders when services are purchased, raise invoices when the Local Authority is charging for services, and processing invoices for payment. Raise sundry debtor accounts and monitor payments, to ensure effective use of Council funds. The post holder will be required to travel to rural locations around the district therefore, must have the ability to travel around the district without the reliance of public transport.
