Hawley Woods School is looking for an experienced SENCO who will take on a pivotal role in determining the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school. The role holds day-to-day responsibility for coordinating SEND support and ensuring each pupil's specific needs are understood and met. What you’ll be doing: Oversee the strategic development of SEND provision in the school. Coordinate the day-to-day support for pupils with SEND, ensuring the correct provision is in place.
