You will be a manager within a team of experienced Specialist Teachers and inclusion practitioners who work closely together and support each other to improve the outcomes for children, families, schools, and settings, in particular children with SEND, who have been, or are at risk of being permanently excluded, and who have medical or other needs which prevent regular attendance at school and who require alternative education provision under Sect. 19 of the Education Act 1996. The team also promotes the development of close links with schools, families, partner teams and services, with other agencies and with the voluntary sector. Your day to day will include: -Managing and directing specialist subcontractor partners delivering cladding works, ensuring delivery against programme, design drawings and quality standards -Coordinating interfaces between the cladding package and other trades, raising any clashes or sequencing issues with the project team -Carrying out toolbox talks, site inductions and daily briefings to support full compliance with Kier standards and project requirements -Conducting regular inspections of cladding works, identifying defects or non-conformances and supporting timely resolution -Creating, logging and filing site reports, inspection records and project paperwork accurately and within required timescales What are we looking for?
