Key responsibilities include: • Visiting residential addresses throughout the ML1-ML7, G31-G34, & G65-G73 postcode area • Speaking with customers professionally and respectfully • Explaining TV Licensing requirements and available options • Setting up payment plans where appropriate • Recording visit outcomes accurately using mobile technology • Making informed decisions and working independently in the field • Occasionally attending court as part of the enforcement process You'll start and finish your day from home, travelling locally using either a company vehicle or your own vehicle.
