Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your project management skills make a real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team. You’ll lead planned and reactive construction and maintenance projects across our estate, taking them from feasibility to successful handover while ensuring safety, compliance, and value for money. What You’ll Do: - Research and assess planned construction projects, defining scope, operational impact, budget, timescale and next steps. - Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver construction projects from planning and procurement through to completion and handover. - Manage reactive works by assessing damage, making sites safe, defining scope and costs, overseeing repairs, checking invoices and liaising with insurers. - Support asbestos management across the estate by arranging surveys, reviewing findings, completing condition checks and recommending action where required. - Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, health and safety legislation, and all statutory requirements. - Maintain project programmes, risk and product registers, planning and building warrant applications, budgets and accurate financial forecasts. - Work closely with facility managers and other stakeholders to agree priorities and improve project delivery.
