What you'll be doing - You’ll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff you’ll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards - Ensuring all areas of the care home are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms - Handling laundry and linen care with attention to residents' personal belongings - Managing staff rota, training and supervisions to ensure housekeeping team members are working efficiently. - Interacting with residents, offering assistance when needed to help them feel at ease - Working closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations Could you be part of our team?
