Experience of PPM, statutory compliance, contractor supervision and CAFM/service desk systems would be advantageous, together with good IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. You will be self-motivated, practical and solutions-focused, with good communication and customer service skills. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and able to respond calmly and effectively to operational incidents and emergencies. A Health and Safety qualification at Level 2 or above, or willingness to work towards one, is required. You must also be flexible to work varying shift patterns and participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
