Working closely with the regional IT manager, you will have a key role as part of a regional team to support our schools within the Essex Region. This role is based at Debden Park High School, with occasional travel to other schools in Essex. The post holder will be required to travel between regional sites regularly and at times across all TKAT sites - a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required. The successful Apprentice IT Technician will be jointly responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the schools’ computer networks, along with working closely with users of our network to identify potential issues and fix any existing problems. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding and previous experience of network infrastructure and network hardware. The standard of the apprenticeship is ‘Information Communications Technician Level 3’.
