About the Role We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Waking Night Support Workers to join our teams across our homes in the Portsmouth area (PO1 & PO2). Experience supporting people with autism and an understanding of behaviours of distress would be advantageous, although a calm, patient, and person-centred approach is most important.
