You'll be confident in working waking night shifts and comfortable with responsibilities such as personal care, medication, and supporting specialised health needs (full training for PEG will be provided). You will be someone who works calmly and thoughtfully, with a genuine belief in supporting people to feel safe, respected, and valued throughout the night.
