Support the delivery of HR services Act as a key link between the HR Business Partner, Group Financial Controller and Finance function to help deliver a high-quality HR service to employees. Prepare and support HR compliance reporting as required. People reporting Provide regular reports and updates to managers, highlighting upcoming deadlines and outstanding actions. Follow up on key deadlines, such as appraisal completion, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and maintained to an auditable standard.
