Prison Offender Manager Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicestershire, LE18 4TN Salary: Starting at £30,750 up to £33,000 on successful completion of probation period, and holding caseload. What you’ll do as a Prison Offender Manager - Provide advice, guidance and support to offenders throughout their sentence, helping them work towards agreed objectives. - Build positive and professional relationships with offenders, Community Offender Managers and other stakeholders. - Coordinate access to interventions, activities and programmes identified within sentence plans. - Complete assessments, reports and risk management documentation accurately and within required timescales. - Prepare for and attend multidisciplinary reviews, parole hearings and case discussions as required. - Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to create impactful solutions that support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
