We're looking for a Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our supported living home in Harston, Cambridgeshire, where you will play a vital role in ensuring comfort, safety, and reassurance throughout the night. You will work as part of a two-person team (one waking night and one sleep-in) and provide attentive support to four people, three ladies and one gentleman, aged from their late 20s to their 50s. Each person communicates in their own way: the ladies use facial expressions and body language, while the gentleman uses words and enjoys positive interaction. All three ladies are PEG-fed, and you'll receive full training, so you feel confident and supported in delivering this care.
