As a Senior Planner, you'll be working within the Nuclear business team, supporting them in delivering programme and project controls outputs. What You'll Be Doing As a Field Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting TV Licensing by engaging with customers across the Dartford area. Working independently, you'll manage your own daily schedule, visiting addresses where no TV licence is recorded and helping customers understand their licensing obligations. The ladies enjoy swimming (you will need to feel confident in the water), shopping trips, meals out, bowling, walks in the town, and drives out for treats like ice cream. Supporting them to access these interests and enjoy new experiences is a big part of the role. You will work as part of a small, consistent team (typically two staff on shift), with a strong focus on teamwork and continuity of support. Flexibility is important, as shifts are worked across a rolling rota and include long days, 7 hour shifts, and 6 hour early or late shifts. About you You will be someone who is caring, observant, and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting others. You do not need to have done this exact role before, but you will need the confidence to learn, adapt, and work closely within a team.
