Your role will focus entirely on supporting me with my care and wellbeing, including personal care such as changing, dressing and hygiene support; supporting my NG feeding and established care routines; assisting with positioning and mobility needs; helping to keep specialist equipment clean, charged and ready for use; accompanying me to appointments, groups and community activities when required; supporting play, interaction and age-appropriate activities; and working alongside my family to ensure my care needs are met safely and consistently.     An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Planned Care Nursing Administration Team. The successful candidate will work across sites to meet service needs (base location to be confirmed). Weekend working is required on a rotational basis (currently 1 in 7 weekends), and staff are rostered to work two Bank Holidays per year. Cross-site working is an essential part of the role, therefore access to transport is required. Core service hours are 08:00–18:00. We're in search of someone who can thrive in a busy office setting.
