What you'll be doing as Head Chef • Setting and managing the standards for health & safety and delivering excellence across the kitchen • Making sure every dish is made consistently, confidently and to spec • Leading by example and helping create the kind of hospitality people want to come back for • Coaching, training and developing the kitchen team, sharing your knowledge as you go • Giving new team members a great start through engaging training and onboarding • Keeping on top of stock, costs, cleanliness, health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work • Working closely with the wider restaurant team to give every guest the best experience possible Why Caravan?
