    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Healthcare support Worker to join the Diabetes Nursing team. This role is mainly focused around assisting the team with the out patient diabetes clinics. Duties would involve preparation of the clinic setting; performing observations prior to the patient seeing the nurse or doctor; preparation of the patient prior to clinics and liaising with the administrative team. On a day to day basis you be responsible for ensuring that the clinic rooms are prepared to see the patients and support the smooth running of the outpatient clinics.
