You will have the ability to communicate in a calm and professional manner with students, staff and visitors at all levels. You should be able to work unsupervised as well as co-operatively and productively with other members of staff. The Role You will advise on a varied caseload of property disputes, including: - Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters - Break notices, alienation issues and dilapidations claims - Development-related disputes and strategic development advice - Rights to light disputes for developers and insurers - Property contract disputes - Property-related insolvency matters - Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes - Adverse possession claims - Residential landlord and tenant matters where required You will also play an active role supporting in client relationship management, business development and supporting the continued growth of the firm's North West presence.
