We are currently seeking a new team member for our Dramsdon service, located in Shalbourne Village, Wiltshire (Close to Hungerford, Marlborough, Tidworth). At Dramsdon we support five adults with their day to day lives, including a variety of activities, from shopping, travelling around the area, going to the cinema, and beyond. Having a positive outlook, sociable and enjoy a range of activities, are ideal attributes for our team members. Please be aware that there is no public transport available so being a driver and having regular access to a vehicle is desirable. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in line with their care plans. - Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and supporting with meals. - Provide emotional support and companionship to all individuals. - Monitor and report any changes to individuals’ health or behaviour. - Help with household tasks and meal preparation. - Ensure the safety and wellbeing of those under your care. - Paid sleep ins. Experience - Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable. - Knowledge of first aid procedures is advantageous. - Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection guidelines - Ability to work well within a team and independently.
