We are looking for a Home Care Assistant to join our well-established team of Caregivers in Dover villages and surrounding areas. You'll be visiting our older clients in their homes and offering companionship, personal care and anything else they need to live a happy and independent life. Daily activities might include personal care, medication, domestic tasks, shopping, offering choices, social inclusion and social support. Many people have care experience, without them realising some examples are:- supporting the elderly, providing regular support/help to buying the shopping for a neighbour who is struggling to go out. We don't need you to have previous professional care experience as we offer comprehensive training built from our own mix of experience in the Health and Social Care sector. If you are experienced and interested in joining Inchwater, then you might find Inchwater Home Care a little different. We offer you the time to provide excellent support and offer continuity of care with your own specific clients. We minimise travelling and wait times and we offer a very competitive mileage allowance. We want you to enable the best possible care for our clients. Working for us as our Driver/Branch Assistant you will be out and about much of the day delivering and collecting our equipment and then when you’re done with you will head back to base to join the team in the branch. This is a great opportunity to join our team if you are looking for a role where your customer service skills are put to good use, and you enjoy being on the open road whilst taking everything in your stride.
