You will also be responsible for playing a key role in developing strong relationships within local communities, working collaboratively with other agencies and Platform colleagues. As a Neighbourhood Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate customer, tenancy and case records, ensuring systems and files are kept up to date and information is recorded promptly. Your attention to detail will help support excellent service delivery, informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Other key responsibilities include managing and investigating tenancy issues such as anti-social behaviour, condition of property, fly tipping or safeguarding concerns. You will also undertake new tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings for new homes. What are some things that we need from you? -You will have experience of working in the social housing sector, particularly with a background of dealing with tenancy management, ASB and safeguarding. -This will be a role well suited to someone with experience of working closely with customers to tackle complex issues. -You will be proactive in your approach, organised and have the ability prioritise your time to meet timeframes. -Experience of working with different housing management systems with an organised and methodical approach to your work. -You will have excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach, understanding the importance of delivering a high standard of service. -This role involves regular travel. North & Mid Hampshire Breast Screening Service serves the population of 95 thousand eligible women who live across Hampshire based at the at Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH). |The equipment has been replaced in the last two year to three new digital tomosynthesis machines. There is satellite unit at Basingstoke Hospital where our symptomatic one stop clinics take place. The initial mammographic screen is provided by 3, high spec digital mobile vans which are situated in various locations in the Hampshire community.
