Essential Requirements • Valid Right to Work in the UK (mandatory) • Immediate Availability / Able to Start ASAP • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise • Entry on the GMC Specialist Register (or equivalent eligibility where applicable) • Previous NHS experience as a Consultant or senior Specialty Doctor • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Key Responsibilities • Deliver consultant-led care within the relevant specialty. • Assess, diagnose and manage patients in outpatient, inpatient and emergency settings as required. • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior doctors and other healthcare professionals. • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with NHS governance standards. • Participate in on-call rotas where required. • Contribute to quality improvement, audit and patient safety initiatives. • Maintain compliance with Trust policies and GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines.
